DrewTronics CNC Probe Solutions

The s5100 is a compact IP67 infrared wireless CNC spindle probe system for milling centers. Power is supplied to the probe by an internal 3.8v rechargeable LIPO battery. The probe is supplied with a USB cable for charging.

Bore locations can be located with this tool to an accuracy of .0002" and the probe can repeat a location to .0001".

The receiver can be attached to the interior wall of your equipment. Mounting must be line of sight to the spindle probe. Wiring is a simple 3 wire connection.

1. Red to +5volts.

2. Black to ground.

3. White to your controls signal input (5 to 24 volt tolerant signal)
