Description
The s5100 is a compact IP67 infrared wireless CNC spindle probe system for milling centers. Power is supplied to the probe by an internal 3.8v rechargeable LIPO battery. The probe is supplied with a USB cable for charging.
Bore locations can be located with this tool to an accuracy of .0002″ and the probe can repeat a location to .0001″
The receiver can be attached to the interior wall of your equipment. Mounting must be in line of sight to the spindle probe. Wiring is a simple 3 wire connection.
Red to +5volts.
Black to ground.
Green to your controls signal input(5 to 24-volt tolerant signal)

AMAZING TOOL
i think i bought mine 4 or 5 years ago for my tomach and i have no complaints years later. it is wireless and very receptive, the battery still holds a long charge, and still holds zero respectively. i have and would recommend it to anyone. it is pricey compared to the wired ones but you get quality and ease of use and less of a headache not worrying with a wire everytime its used. so like i said i still use it to this day and cant imagine not having one.
